I get plenty of vitamins, do I still need minerals?
Many of the vitamins you get from foods can ONLY be utilized by the body if minerals are present, in the correct ratios, as nature intended. Without minerals, many vitamins are useless. It’s like pouring flour into a pan and expecting it to turn into a cake: it simply won’t happen until you provide the other ingredients that cause the necessary metabolic responses. So not only are we mineral deficient, but we are vitamin deficient as well because our bodies can’t utilize vitamins sufficiently without ionic minerals. What is Fulvic Acid?
