You should receive the results to your registered email 4-6 weeks from when you mail the test to the lab.

Yes! The testing facility is licensed at both the federal and state level as a clinical laboratory. Due to New York State Law, this test is not available in the state of New York.

Approximately 1 tablespoon full (it sounds like more than it is!). Hair should be 1-1.5 inches long and taken close to the scalp. We recommend taking it from a few areas of your head as shown in the diagram received in the kit. This will help minimize any visual issues.

Many of our customers will work with their hairstylist or a friend when collecting the hair sample.
