ORDERS, SHIPPING, & PAYMENTS

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?

If you select standard shipping, you will receive your order within 3-7 business days. If you select the expedited, 2-day option, you should receive your order in two business days. If you’re having trouble receiving or finding your order, please email us at customerservice@mineralifeonline.com, use the contact form on this website, or you can call us at 1-800-303-1376 from 8am-5pm MNT, Monday through Thursday, Friday 9am-1pm.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES AND WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Standard Flat Rate shipping is $4.95 for orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders over $45.00 ship FREE within the continental United States. For more information, please read our shipping policy details below. Free shipping applies to standard USPS shipping only.

Please allow up to 3-7 business days from the date of shipment for delivery. Orders over $45.00 ship free within the continental United States. Orders over $200 ship free to Canada. (Standard USPS shipping only)

Mineralife will ship your order by USPS (Post Office) or FedEx. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on destination. For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped, USPS Priority Mail Express, FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx Express Saver for an additional charge.

Orders received by 1 PM Mountain Time, Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day, provided that items are in stock. Orders received after 1 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day

All orders received over the weekend (Friday – Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m., and will then be shipped that day.

All shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via USPS.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Mineralife CAN and DOES ship products internationally! Mineralife is however NOT responsible for any customs, taxes, and/or duties levied by foreign customs. Buyer should check with local customs agency about duties and rules before purchasing.

All international orders shipped will be shipped via USPS, First Class and Global Priority or FedEx International Priority or Economy and charged accordingly. Shipping rates are calculated by the USPS (link to https://www.usps.com/) and are based on weight and destination.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Most packages shipped with our economy option are delivered by your local postal worker. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, just contact us at customerservice@mineralifeonline.com, or you can call us at 1-800-303-1376 from 8am-5pm MNT, Monday through Thursday, Friday 8am-1pm, and we’ll take care of you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too. If, after trying them, you find that you’re unhappy for any reason, just let us know so that we can help you return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus the shipping cost.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We try to fill and send your order as quickly as possible, which may limit our ability to add items to your order or prevent a package from shipping. Definitely reach out to us with a specific request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. You can reach us at customerservice@mineralifeonline.com

DAMAGED PACKAGING OR PRODUCTS

If your package is damaged in transit, please take the following steps:

1) Using a phone, a camera, or a computer device, take pictures of your damaged box and product.

2) Email your photos along with your name and order number to customerservice@mineralifeonline.com

3) A member of our support team will review your photos and then make arrangements for another shipment to be dispatched as soon as possible

MISSING PRODUCT

Here at Mineralife, we take every step possible to ensure your order is filled quickly, accurately, and shipped within a 24-hour shipping cycle (weekends and holidays not included).

However, there are times when errors do occur.
